Milan R. Dimitrijevic is Professor Emeritus at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, TX, U.S.A., and an active neurologist with continuous research work in the human neurophysiology of motor control. He has made significant contributions to the understanding of the conducting and processing capabilities of the human spinal cord. Currently, his work focuses on the development of the concept of human spinal cord brain and its motor functions. Dr. Dimitrijevic is the honorary chairman of the International Society for Restorative Neurology.
